Red Beet Crepes with Arugula and Feta

Adding red beets to the batter gives these crepes their beautiful color—and when combined with feta cheese and arugula, this dish is nearly a work of art. Garnish with extra walnuts and sprigs of arugula to finish off your pièce de résistance!

Peach Cobbler Crepes

Fresh, juicy peaches are enveloped in a fluffy crepe and complemented with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dollop of crème fraîche. For a little extra pizazz, garnish this dish with sliced almonds, powdered sugar, and slivers of orange peel.

Rainbow Crepe Cake

This cheerful dessert makes a perfect wedding cake, dinner party showpiece, or children’s party cake. The colorful layers are so festive but also incredibly easy to make.

Title: Decent recipes
Review: I was intrigued by the multiple options for batters since I entertain a bit and some guests are gluten intolerant. I prefer lower carb and the keto option is pretty good. Some of the savory fillings are really tasty. I wish there were more but a lot of the recipes are for sweets, which didnt really fit my needs.I didnt need the background of how the author fell in love with making crepes. You don't need to justify your desire to make food or to write a cookbook. The recipes stand on their own here. I kinda felt like the author didnt have enough confidence in herself and needed to invent a passion in order to seem legit. Maybe her tale is true but it was so long winded I took a star off for it.
